On 5th June 2020, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced that it is issuing new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to Executive Order 13902, "Imposing Sanctions With Respect to Additional Sectors of Iran." The new FAQs can be found here.
