OFAC issues new FAQ about providing sanctioned humanitarian aid to Iran in response to the COVID-19

On 6th March 2020, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) regarding provisions of humanitarian goods or assistance to Iran, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, that are consistent with U.S. sanctions.
