OFAC publishes new RPPR-related FAQs

On 20th February 2020, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published two new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the Reporting, Procedures and Penalties Regulations (RPPR).
