OFAC amends Iran-related General License and Frequently Asked Questions

On 19th December 2019, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended Iran General License (No. K-1) entitled “Authorizing Maintenance or Wind Down of Transactions Involving COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co., Ltd.” OFAC also amended three related Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), 804, 806, and 807.
