The U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has added six new individuals to the Denied Persons List: Alexander Fishenko, Eduardo Roel Vazquez, Joel Prado, Jr., Jose Jesus Campos-Flores, Shavkat Abdullaev, and Veronica Trujillo.

Individuals and entities on the U.S. Denied Persons List (USDPL) have been denied export privileges. Any dealings with a party on this list that would violate the terms of its denial order are prohibited. For further information see Section 764.3(a)(2) of the Enforcement and Protective Measures (EAR).

Once the legal binding documentation is available in the Federal Register we will add it here.
