EU to amend Dual Use regulations in mid-December
In mid-December 2018 the European Union will bring into effect changes to Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 ("EC Dual Use Regulation") and Part I of the Export List of the Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation licensing requirements regarding the control of dual-use items.
