OFAC publishes two new Ukraine-/Russia-related FAQs
The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published two new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in order to provide guidance on the term “maintenance” as it is used in General Licenses (GLs) 14, 15, and 16.
