Malaysia publishes a new CUSTOMS DUTIES ORDER

The Federal Gazette of Malaysia has published new Customs Duty Order and it replaces Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P. U. (A) 371/2013].

The exempted entities from this order includes 115 companies, persons, and groups from the payment of customs duty on specified goods.

This new order will be implemented from 3rd January, 2018.
