Five Russians added in Magnitsky Sanctions

Magnitsky Act law was established in 2012 in response to the death of Sergei Magnitsky who died in Moscow Prison after investigating fraud involving Russian tax officials. Now, Obama has added five Russians with regards to Magnitsky sanctions.
