Obama enforce sanctions on Russian individuals in response to hacking on American institutions

Before, US had imposed sanctions on five Russian government entities and four individuals in response to alleged interference with US elections.

Now, the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), pursuant to E.0. 13694, declared sanctions on additional two Russian individuals for hacking.
