US CCL has been changed due to the addition of Guidelines in NSG Annex


Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) was formed in 1974 to restrict nuclear proliferation by controlling the export of materials. It now comprises of 48 countries.

After the recent NSG plenary meetings held in Argentina and in South Korea, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has added NSG Annex of “Guidelines for the Transfer of Nuclear Related Dual Use Equipment, Materials, Software and Related Technology” in US Commerce Control list.

The list is effective from December 27th, 2016.

Thus, PST.AG is now providing the data to designated customers of US control lists. It will also continue to maintain the list in future.
